A citizen "bumped" the wreaths to the mayor Benet Beci, who was at the memorial ceremony.
The citizen took the crowns and threw them on the street as a sign of protest and confessed that they shot his grandfather.
"They shot my grandfather, why did they come here", the revolted citizen said, among other things.
