The Great Grandfather of the Bektashians, Haxhi Dede Edmond Brahimaj, was awarded today with the title of "Honorary Citizen" of Vlorë district.

The World Grandfather conveyed strong messages for peace while calling on Albanians not to leave their country.

 "I feel privileged today among you to receive the title of Honorary Citizen of the District of Vlora, a title with weight and responsibility for the tasks that await us in the future. I have a short message for the Albanians in these difficult days that we are going through: not to leave this blessed country where our forefathers gave their lives to keep this nation alive. Albanians everywhere have given and will give, but they will give more for our country, for which we must give what it deserved", he said./ CNA.al
