KED admits: There were explosions

In the statement written by Sokol Sadushi and distributed to the media as a KED statement, the existence of a document is acknowledged, according to what Top Channel initially claimed was the media that published the scandal.

 

"KED.... has verified that the data provided was unfounded and had no legal or factual impact on the candidate's assessment."



Even from this paragraph it results that the members of the KED have verified the data, but have found it unfounded. But why did they hide this finding and assessment from the evaluation report of candidate Vokshi? To hide it from the members of the Supreme Court who would evaluate the candidacies?

Who assesses that the data had no legal or factual impact on the candidate's assessment? In parallel with this statement, Sokol Sadushi, who speaks sometimes as the High Court, sometimes as the KED and sometimes as the Constitutional Court, has now also replaced his role as the all-powerful evaluator of documents from other law enforcement bodies.

Sokol Sadushi must take personal responsibility as the head of the administrative process within KED. At a minimum, for concealing and not including in the minutes the fact that he is now publishing in a statement as KED.

At best, he manipulated the documentation received at KED, primarily assessing the quality, value and authenticity of the information received from the competent bodies.

How many times has Sokol Sadushi done this? Or is Asim Vokshi the only one selected?



Marjana Semini and Ilir Toska, who will also evaluate Asim Vokshi's candidacy during the trial at the Constitutional Court, what involvement do they have in the falsification of the minutes of the evaluation of candidate Asim Vokshi?
