During an interview with Blendi Fevziu, Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke again about electricity and the challenges that citizens are expected to face this year. 

The interview is being conducted from New York, where the Prime Minister has recently arrived within the framework of the United Nations General Assembly.

Rama says that the goal is to spend the winter without restrictions and without affecting families and small businesses. 

"When I say difficult, I mean that we want to spend the winter without restrictions and at the same time we want to spend the price for families and small businesses intact.
