Gjebrea defends the protest/ Journalist born in Himare: There is no Greek

Moderator Ardit Gjebrea came out today in defense of the protest held in Himare, where speeches were held in Albanian and Greek languages.

But Gjebrea's support for this protest was opposed by the head of the Union of Albanian Journalists, Aleksandër Çipa, who was born in Himare.

He points out to the moderator the fact that the protest was not badly received for the Greek language, but for its political use and the issue of properties that are looted and still not managed by the state.

Çipa deklaron se në Himarë nuk ka pasur kurrë zyratrisht minoritet grek, përjashto kohën e 20 viteve të fundit.

“Përshëndetje Ardit! E lexova me ëndje statusin tuaj. Për nga fryma ndaj të njëjtin mendim me ju. Specifikisht kam diçka të përkundërt. Së pari kur flet për protestën në Himarë, ankesa dhe çështje nuk është gjuha greke.

Është përdorimi politik përmes asaj gjuhe i Himarës dhe çështjes së pronave që grabiten dhe janë ende të pamenaxhuara nga shteti. Për shkak të kësaj, politika greke dhe subjektet e pakicës greke marrin shkas të akuzojnë Shqipërinë ndërkombëtarisht se po cënon të drejtat e minoritetit grek në një territor ku zyrtarisht nuk ka pasur kurrë minoritet grek, përjashto këtë kohën e 20 viteve të fundit. Dhe kjo nuk ka të bëjë me mospranimin e diversitetit.
