The Special Prosecution Against Organized Crime and Corruption has issued an order to the media, not to publish anything more, regarding this action and the ongoing investigations.

The order has been signed by all three investigators of the case, who also request that secrecy be maintained, as the cases mentioned are all under investigation. The exposure of the data may cause the failure of the actions and investigations of SPAK to uncover the truth.

Deklarimiet e këtyre shtetasve (Henrik Hoxhaj dhe Nuredin Dumani) kanë vlerë provuese dhe janë shumë të rëndësishme për hetimin. Duke vlerësuar rëndësinë e këtyre deklarimeve si dhe nevojën që këto deklarime të mbuluohen nga sekreti del e domosdosjme që të urdhërohet ruajtja e sekretit të tyre deri në përfundim të hetimeve paraprake.
