The President of the Former Politically Persecuted, Besim Ndregjoni, has commented on the inclusion of the name of dictator Enver Hoxha in the list of personalities of the month of October.

Ndregjoni states that this was the last act that remained undone by the Socialist Party, which he refers to as the "Communist Renaissance". He further adds that this was accomplished today with the Parliamentary Institute in the Assembly, which he describes as the "Marxist-Leninist Institute".

The last act that the communist Renaissance of the Socialist Party had left unaccomplished was the rehabilitation of the dictator Enver Hoxha, and this was accomplished today with the Parliamentary Institute alias the Marxist-Leninist Institute near the Albanian Parliament. Albanians, rejoice that the Dictator EH has come to us.

Dictator Enver Hoxha is listed alongside other names such as Sulejman Delvina, Ahmet Zogu (King Zog I), Migjeni, Dritëro Agolli and Naim Frashëri.
