New details have been revealed regarding the perpetrator of the serious incident at the Court of Appeals, where Judge Astrit Kalaja was shot dead.
It is learned that Gjon Shkambi, identified as the perpetrator of the murder, claims to be the legal owner of the former construction reserve building in the "Skenderbeg" neighborhood in Shkodra.
Shkambi has stated several times in media outlets that he is being treated unfairly for this inherited land.
Previously, he stated that he possesses all the proper documentation and that the property was donated by his father.
"I have an inheritance deed, an agreement deed, a donation deed, a property deed, I have all of them with proper documentation, I leave a copy of them at your disposal and you can take them to the Prosecutor's Office and wherever you want, the court, the prosecutor's office and all the highest institutions of justice," Shkambi said in one of the media outlets. /CNA
