Journalist Mentor Kikia has stated that the digitization of services has created great facilities for citizens, showing his case at the border.

Kikia, through a post on social networks, wrote that despite the problems it may bring, citing cyber attacks, we have overcome a difficult era.

Ishte një nga ato raste kur shijova vërtet lehtësinë e digitalizimit të ca shërbimeve. Çfarë do të kishte ndodhur nëse do të ishim në kohën kur duhej ta kisha atë si dokument me vulë e firmë nga nëpunësi i gjendjes civile? Thjeshtë do të isha kthyer mbrapsht, pa shkuar atje për ku isha nisur.

Dikur, gazetarët e televizioneve bënin shumë kronika(lajme) që tregonin për radhët e gjata pas sporteleve të zyrave të gjendjes civile, ku “vlonte” miku për të marrë një certifikatë pa radhë. Apo për të marrë një dëshmi penaliteti…Mesa kam lexuar janë mbi 1200 shërbime elektronike që ofrohen përmes e-albania.
