Other details have been revealed by the arrest of Ibrahim Lic in Turkey, accused of murdering Endri Mustafa.

It is reported that at the time of the arrest, Lici was in the apartment of a friend of his in Istanbul, while during the search, a gun, 50 cartridges, forged documents in the name of a Belgian citizen were found.

Accusations have been raised by the Turkish side for these criminal acts.

The name of Ibrahim Lici is associated with sensational events that took place in the city of Shkodra. He is also the author of the murder of two brothers Ibrahim and Astrit Bilali in Shkodër, an event that happened on March 30, 2019.

At that time, his two associates, Arsen Stojku, 29 years old, and Mislim Rama, 23 years old, from Vau i Dejës, were arrested, while Lici himself was declared wanted. /CNA
