They denounced the "drug cops" in Rama e Çuçi/ Artan

Investigative journalist Artan Hoxha stated that there are not few cases when police officers are implicated in the cultivation of narcotics.

He brought a case of denunciation to the "Abc Live" studio, when the administrative head of an area in Shkodër, whose name he did not make public, directly informed Prime Minister Edi Rama and Interior Minister Bledi Çuçi about this.

According to Hoxha, after the denunciation, not only was there no reaction, but the people who denounced the cases of police officers' involvement were threatened with their lives.

"Not only has the police not engaged in Shkodër, but the names of the people who reported and were threatened have been sold.

An information dated August 2, 2022, is issued by the municipality of Vau to Deja. It goes to Prime Minister Edi Rama, Minister Çuçi and Gladis Nanos. The person who started the information informed that in the unit where he was the administrative head there was involvement of the local police with people who cultivated cannabis.

"They have helped criminal groups in the cultivation of cannabis", it was said in the information sent to Rama.

In all cases, they are extraordinary amounts of parcels. It is ridiculous that it is reported and there is no reaction", said Hoxha.
