Damage from rainfall in Vlora/Dredha: Working groups on the ground, citizens to be extra careful

Rainfall in Vlora has caused blockages on several city roads, but 15 homes have also been damaged.

In a message to citizens, the Mayor of Vlora, Ermal Dredha, emphasized that work is currently underway, while there are problems with the presence of water on several road axes, while about 15 apartments have also been notified of a difficult situation.

Dredha has ensured that all working groups are on the ground.

"All groups are on the ground to manage the situation, while the hydropower plant is also working at capacity, with the exception of a problem at the beginning of the rainfall situation. Be careful as intense rainfall is expected again in Vlora during the night," Dredha emphasizes.

Regarding the repeated situation, according to him, a study is needed to intervene and avoid similar situations in the future. /CNA
