The Transparency Board publishes the new fuel prices

The Transparency Board has today published the new fuel prices in the country.

Oil is reduced by 9 Lek from the previous price, gasoline by 2 Lek and gas by 1 Lek. The new prices come into effect from 14:00 today until the next meeting.

The decisions of the Transparency Board on August 31, 2022, are the result of the reduction of prices on the Platts Mediteran stock exchange.

As a result, the established prices are:
? The retail price of the gasoil by-product of the SSH EN 590 standard should be no more than 239 ALL/liter, while the wholesale price no more than 227 ALL/liter.
? The retail price of the SSH EN standard gasoline by-product should be no more than 199 ALL/liter, while the wholesale price no more than 187 ALL/liter.
? The retail price of the gas by-product should be 78 ALL/liter retail and 66 ALL/liter wholesale for vehicles.
(Note: the selling price for liquefied gas for vehicles will be the supply price at the supply stations at gas stations, while at other points for household and industrial consumers the price should not include the excise duty).

????Çmimet e caktuara nga Bordi do të hynë në fuqi sot datë 31 Gusht ora 14.00 p.m dhe do të jenë të vlefshme deri në mbledhjen e ardhshme të bordit ku do të pasqyrohen ndryshimet e çmimeve të shitjes.

Bordi i transparencës që ne krijimin e tij i është përmbajtur me përpikëmëri në vendimet e tij lëvizjes së bursës Platts të Mesdheut për gazoilin,benzinën, si dhe faturave zyrtare të operatoreve.


Ministria e Financës ndjen detyrimin të sqaroj opinionin publik se jo çdo lëvizje e bursës së naftës bruto reflektohet në të njëjtën kohë dhe në të njejtën masë në bursën e gazoilit dhe benzinës.

Theksojmë se Bordi nuk cakton çmimet e naftës Bruto, por të gazoilit, benzinës dhe gazit të lëngshëm sipas standardeve të përcaktuara në Aktin Normativ.

Bordi ka caktuar vetëm marzhet bruto maksimale për shitjen me shumicë dhe pakicë, me të cilat operatorët duhet të mbulojnë të gjitha shpenzimet operative.
Pra, vendimet që merr bordi dhe ndryshimi i çmimeve të shitjes lidhet vetëm me ndryshimet në bursën Platts të Mesdheut për gazoilin dhe benzinës, pra jo të bursës së naftës bruto, si dhe në lëvizjen e kursit të dollarit.

Gjithë elementët e tjerë që formojnë çmimin janë fikse dhe për këto bordi nuk merr vendim.

Ministria e Financave dhe Ekonomisë është e angazhuar në mbrojtje të interesave të konsumatorëve shqiptarë dhe ruajtjes së parimeve të konkurrencës së ndershme në treg.

Situata që po kalojmë nuk është zakontë, ndaj dhe vendimet që marrim, vijnë si përgjigjje e zhvillimeve të ekonomisë vendase, por edhe e lëvizjeve të tregjeve ndërkombëtare.
