Residents of unit number 4, concerned about the collapse of the buildings they live in, have stated that they have been living in complete darkness and without water for days.

The DP candidate for the Municipality of Tirana, who has joined their concern, has stated that the residents are being treated in a barbaric manner that they are being forced to go to local bars for their personal needs.
