The defendant lawyer continues the fraud/ The two faces of Plarent Ndreca

Erion Veliaj's lawyer, Plarent Ndreca, who was taken as a defendant by the GJKKO, continues to show the two "faces" of himself and his client.

In a television studio, Ndreca stated that he had made a request that cameras not be allowed in the May 8 session at the Administrative Court.

Session in which the ridiculous lawsuit filed by the mayor with 13 serious criminal charges, Erion Veliaj, against prosecutor Ols Dado was reviewed.

" I have made a written request that there be no cameras there, because they are not allowed. There is even a debate about why cameras were not allowed in court ," said Ndreca.

 

This is a statement by the defendant Ndreca, which shows nothing more than his two faces. We recall that in the May 8 session, it was the Administrative Court's judicial body that decided that the session should be held behind closed doors, as the plaintiff of the arrested mayor had requested a live broadcast of the session.

While the prosecutor's side, Dado and KLP, requested that the session not be broadcast live. It was the court that decided that the cameras be turned off during the session and that there would be no live broadcast.

It was not Plarent Ndreca who made such a request. The defendant's lawyer and his client requested the opposite of this decision, a live broadcast of the session and the presence of cameras.

With this statement made by Ndreca, his successive deceptions and machinations continue. Nothing more than that.
