ORCA activists Dritan Hoxha and Rron Gjinovci have ended up in the handcuffs of the police, after a symbolic action in the Faculty of Philosophy.

ORCA announces that "in all cases where the institutions are unable to implement meritorious punitive decisions for the perpetrators of the violations, ORCA will react by preventing the perpetrators from their normal daily activity".

Today ORCA activists, Dibran Hoxha and Rron Gjinovci, were arrested after the symbolic action against plagiarists announced by the Ethics Council at the Faculty of Philosophy.

Since the procedures for the final decision on the case of plagiarism Bujar Dugolli and Ardian Kastrati are taking time, as it often happens at the University of Pristina, we have decided from now on to switch to guerilla activism.

In all cases where the institutions are unable to implement the meritorious punitive decisions for the perpetrators of violations, ORCA will react by preventing the perpetrators from their normal daily activity.

There can be no normality in an abnormal situation. It is abnormal for a professor convicted of plagiarism to continue to appear in front of students, so we are normalizing the situation by not allowing this to happen.

We were arrested, but we will continue the fight against plagiarism!/CNA.al
