"2,500 euros for an extra"/ Details revealed, what "sunk"

Other details have come to light regarding the file that sent 4 Dimal Municipality officials and two employees of a private firm to prison.

This issue started in November 2020 from the report of a citizen with the initials PB

According to Euronews Albania, in the report the citizen accuses the employees of the Municipality of Dimal of having damaged the business set up on a public property which he owned since the beginning of the 90s with the excuse that a flower garden would be built, but according to him after the demolition the property it has been passed to another citizen.

Gjithashtu në kallëzim thuhet se në atë vend ka nisur të ndërtohet një tjetër objekt privat që nuk është lulishte ashtu siç ishte njoftuar.

Punimet për lulishte nga ana e Bashkisë nuk  kanë pasur si qëllim zgjerimin e hapësirave publike, por të favorizonin personin tjetër, me të cilin kallëzuesi pranon se ka pasur një konflikt pronësie. Pas gati 2 vitesh hetime për këtë çështje këtë të martë SPAK lëshoi 6 urdhër-arreste.

Nga hetimet e thelluara SPAK, përveç rastit të kallëzuar nga shtetasi P.B ka zbuluar edhe shumë episode të tjera të korrupsionit që kryenin zyrtarët e bashkisë Dimal. Referuar burimeve nga struktura antikorrupsion mësohet se këta shtetas akuzohen se në këmbim të shumave monetare që varionin deri në 2 mijë e 500 euro lejonin qytetarë të ndryshëm për të kryer ndërtime dhe shtesa kryesisht në zonën e Dimalit.
