The numerous fires in recent days in the country have also brought the Veterinary Service into the field.

As announced through a post on social networks, the Veterinary Service at DRVMB Elbasan, headed by Spiro Hunçin, together with the veterinary staff of the Gramsh Local Veterinary Office, under the direction of the head of the veterinary sector Fatmir Ozuni, are today at the Skënderbegës Administrative Unit, where the process of identifying and inventorying dead, burned or asphyxiated animals as a result of the fire is underway.

It is learned that this activity is being carried out together with local emergency structures and residents of the area.

In these areas, controlled burial and disposal of animal carcasses is being carried out, in accordance with veterinary safety and environmental protection requirements.
