Drugs, weapons and illegal items/ The 27-year-old from Shkodra ends up in

Firearms, drugs, sums of money, electronic scales and other illegal items are seized, the 27-year-old man is put in handcuffs, 2 other citizens are prosecuted.

Following the police operation coded "Vespa", carried out three days ago, as a result of which 4 citizens were handcuffed and firearms and drugs of various types were seized, the specialists for Narcotics Investigation, after a job well organized, in cooperation with the Sector of the Special Operational Force of the General Directorate of the State Police, finalized the second phase of this operation.

Si rezultat u arrestua në flagrancë shtetasi Z. M.(K.), 27 vjeç, banues në fshatin Golem, njësia administrative, Rethina, Shkodër, si dhe nisi procedimi penal për shtetasit E. D., 24 vjeç, banues në Shkodër dhe F. M., 27 vjeçe, banuese në Tiranë.

Nga veprimet hetimore proaktive, të kryera në funksion të procedimit penal të vitit 2022, dyshohet se shtetasi Z. M.(K.), në bashkëpunim me 2 shtetasit e tjerë, ushtronte aktivitetin kriminal të shitjes së lëndëve narkotike, kokainë dhe kanabis, në qytetin e Shkodrës.

During the physical search of the citizen ZM(K.) and the search of his apartment, the Police found and seized as material evidence a firearm, a pistol with cartridges, 800 grams of cannabis, a quantity of cocaine divided into doses, sums of money (euro and lek), 2 electronic scales, 2 vehicles, 5 mobile devices and other equipment used for packaging narcotics in doses.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Shkodër Judicial District Court, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics", "Production and illegal possession of combat weapons and ammunition" and "Cleaning of the products of the criminal offense".
