Etilda Gjonaj defends the forgery notary/ The Prosecution starts the investigation

A counterfeiting scandal, committed in the office of notary Violeta Sulkaj in 2015, has been denounced by CNA.al for more than two months. CNA.al investigation, has revealed that in the presence of notary Violeta Sulkaj on 28 and 29 May 2015, were drafted and signed two contracts, in the name of Natali Blushi, while the latter was in London, then only 20 years old.

It is a scandal about the purchase of a property with a market value of 500 million Lek in the center of Korça, in the name of the daughter of the former politician, Ben Blushi, written for only 30.000 euros in the contract of sale.

CNA.al has referred this scandal to the department of Etilda Gjonaj, as well we appealed the minister to react publicly, but the issue has been ignored. Etilda Gjonaj didn?t react and has not implemented the law on notary.

Because in the case in question, at least a commission should have been set up, and an administrative investigation should have been conducted against the notary Violeta Sulkaj, who committed a criminal offense years ago.

This commission should have decided on the fate of the license of notary Violeta Sulkaj, but this didn?t happen. But while Etilda Gjonaj defends the notary caught in forgery, and doesn?t apply the law on notary, it seems that the prosecution will not stand idly by.

It is learned that the Tirana prosecutor?s office has started investigations in the case of forgery, after the report made by one of the parties, regarding the case of selling for only 30.000 euros a property worth at least 500 million Lek.

Official sources from the Tirana Prosecutor?s Office told CNA.al, that full investigations have begun on the case in question, and it is expected that all verification and procedures for denunciation will be made, which includes forgery of the signature in a noterial act./ CNA.al
