The Albanian Football Federation has announced a day after the change of the staff of the national age teams, how the truth stood with the departure of Armando Cungu from the direction of the U19 representative. She made it clear that with the new strategy, all coaches had to be full-time in the management of the team and not have other professional commitments.

A situation which apparently does not match Cungu's ideas. As a result, the agreement between the parties has been terminated, saying goodbye to the coach after two years, who has recorded 1 win, 1 draw and 3 losses in the European qualifiers of this age group.

NOTICE:

The Albanian Football Federation informs that Armando Cungu will no longer be the coach of the U-19 National Team and that the end of the cooperation has come with the consensus of the parties.

This decision came as a result of the new strategy that is being implemented by the Technical Department in the Albanian Federation, and the coach was unable to meet the criterion where all coaches of national age teams must be "full time" present in the offices of the Federation and not have other professional commitments.

Coaches of national age teams are tasked with working closely with their technical staff every day of the week to track and monitor talent and organize selections and gatherings. Also, coaches must have a daily collaboration with colleagues and staff of other age teams and with the Technical Directorate of the AFL.

The Albanian Football Federation takes the opportunity to thank Armando Cungu for the work he has done in leading the National U-19 team and expresses the highest appreciation for the seriousness, professionalism and dedication he has shown in leading the Red and Black team.
