OFFICIAL/ Agostinelli returns to Albania, introduces himself to the contenders

Flagurtari has chosen the new coach, who will lead them in the First Category. A name known as Andrea Agostinelli has been introduced to the bench.

The official announcement came from the Vlonjat club itself this Monday, after the agreement between the parties was reached a few days ago.

Agostinelli is a well-known figure in Albania, having in the past managed Partizan and Skënderbeu.

The 67-year-old led the capital's reds in the 2015-2016 season, where he fought for the championship title, but in the end the Kor?ari team took the toffee.

Immediately after leaving Partizan, the Italian was appointed to Skënderbeu, a team where he failed to make a mark.

Agostinelli in his career, has a rich CV, having managed well-known teams in Italy, such as Napoli, Crotone, Salernitana, Livorno and recently Benevento.

In the new season, Flamurtari has a clear objective and is required by all means to return to the elite of Albanian football.

After the coach, the Reds and Blacks are expected to make numerous moves in the market as well. Vlonia came very close to promotion in the last season, but in the "play off" they were defeated by Laçi.
