Albania missed the opportunity to make it easier for itself to qualify for the European Championship through the League of Nations. Above all, if the red and blacks were to keep the first place, then they would go to the second pot in the qualifiers for the first time in history.

Çudia në këtë rast është fakti se vazo e parë mund të konsiderohet në të njëjtin nivel me vazon e dytë, në mos më pak e fortë. Kjo pasi në vazon e parë gjenden këto Kombëtare: “Belgjika, Danimarka, Hungaria, Polonia”. Kësaj liste do t’i bashkohet humbësi i ndeshjes Portugali-Spanjë dhe fituesi i çiftit Çeki-Zvicër.

Ndërkohë vazo e dytë, që duhej të ishte më pak në cilësi, në fakt ka pesha më të rënda. Austri, Angli, France, Uells, Bosnje Hercegovin, Izrael dhe Uells ndodhen në vazon e dytë. Kësaj liste do t’i bashkohet edhe fituesi i takimit Serbi-Norvegji.
