Shock for Milan, the Guardia Di Finanza starts an investigation into the "suspicious" sale of the club

The sale of the Milan club from the "Elliot" fund to the "RedBird" one has ended up under the supervision of the Guardia Di Finanza in Italy, with an investigation that has been opened and started with documentation verification checks.

According to the Italian media, the police are looking for the complete documentation of the transfer of shares from one company to another, after the official complaint of the Luxembourg company "Blue Sky", which is a minority shareholder in the club's shares. In the file, it is learned that there is an accusation brought against third persons, without mentioning names.

Since September, the company in question had applied to the Milan court to control the transfer of the club to "RedBird" and to block the sale, but then they gave up since the agreement was signed in August, although they described it as " suspicious".

"Blue Sky" claims that as a shareholder it should have had full information on the sale, but nothing was given to it by the existing manager at that time in Milan. Therefore, it is being investigated whether the sale of the club was made in violation of the relevant regulations.
