"Coach of the Year" according to IFFHS: Pioli is excluded, Spalletti is also among the candidates...

They are Carlo Ancelotti, the reigning European champion, and José Mourinho, the winner of the Conference League. Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti and Manchester City's Pep Guardiola are also there. 

All of these are some of the candidates of the IFFHS (International Federation of Football Historians and Statisticians), FIFA's statistics and records body, for the 2021 coach of the year award given to Jurgen Klopp.
