Chelsea's new coach, Graham Potter, has shown that he is a master of talent management and their growth. Bisuma, Kukureja and Ben White are some of the players who have benefited from working with him over the past few years.

This was not one of the qualities that departed coach Tomas Tuhel held to be one of his strongest points, often opting to send youngsters out on loan to improve at other clubs.

This summer alone, Tuhel allowed the departure of Gilmore, Coluilli, Ampadu and Odo. But Potter will still have plenty of academy talent in Chelsea's first team, including Armando Broja and Conor Gallagher. The 22-year-old midfielder may have a more important role in the team with the 47-year-old on the bench.

But Broja can also get more minutes in his dream of one day starting at the club of the heart.
