Crack in Kosovo/ The Ministry demands the resignation of the president of the Federation, Agim Ademi

The Kosovar Football Federation has long applied to the Commission for the licensing of sports federations in the Ministry of Culture, Education and Sports in Kosovo. Recently, it was learned that through an official letter sent to the Executive Committee of the FFK, the Ministry has asked the president Agim Ademi to suspend his activity in this institution.

Agim Ademi is in court proceedings and as a result of this FFK cannot be licensed, as this would conflict with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, the FFK statute and the FIFA code of ethics, which FFK is obliged to with the statute and laws of Kosovo and UEFA and FIFA to respect it.

The Commission has even asked the Executive Committee to take a decision to suspend Agim Ademi from the position of chairman until the end of the judicial process against him, if Ademi does not do this himself first.
