Is "Calciopoli" repeated? Napoli makes an official request to remove the Scudetto from Juventus

Codacons and the Napoli Club Association have appealed to the Regional Administrative Court of Lazio and filed an intervention with the Sports Guarantee College to request the annulment of the 2018-2019 season championship won by Juventus and to take Napoli, which ended in second place that season.

Speaking on "TV Play" to comment on the situation, lawyer Enrico Lubrano, an expert in sports law, has no doubts: "It's very simple. This is very clearly underlined on page 34 of the decision. So if you changed the rules of a championship, which you then won on the pitch, you should be stripped of the Scudetto, it's very simple as it was in Calcipoli's time. It should be removed from those who have changed the rules of the championship and, therefore, assigned to those who came second", concluded the lawyer.
