Partisan close to the sensational blow, the capital's fearsome in the market

Regi Lushkja is close to signing with Partizan. One of the midfielders who has excelled in recent seasons in Albania is ready to start a new adventure with the Reds. Capital leaders are in advanced negotiations with the player.
