The National Team roster changes, Enea Mihaj will replace the injured Ardian

The Albanian national team will start training from Sunday afternoon before the first match in the Euro 2024 qualifiers against Poland, which will be played on March 27.

Coach Sylvio Campos Mendes Junior announced on Friday the list of 23 players who will be ready for this red and black premiere, while on Saturday he also appeared in a press conference where he explained his choices and talked about the objectives in this first challenge.

The Communication Department of the AFL informs that the medical staff of the national team has been in constant contact with the Empoli club to find out the extent of Ardian Ismajli's injury.

The red and black defender was injured during Empoli's last match in Serie A on Friday night against Atalanta, while on Saturday he underwent tests that confirmed the injury and concluded that he cannot be ready for the match against Poland .

Under these conditions, coach Sylvinho has decided to change the list and call defender Enea Mihaj to replace the injured Ismajli. Mihaj will be available to the team starting from Monday to train normally with the group.
