Maximiliano Bagnasco is a well-known name in the field of art, while he has about 300 thousand followers from all over the world. In Italy, he is known for the giant mural with the portrait of Maradona in Naples, as it occupied the pages of all international media.

"Mural Fest Tirana" is one of the most special activities that takes place in the capital as an initiative of the Department of Decoration from the Municipality of Tirana and curated by the VIZart Cultural Association.

In recent years, Tirana has been offering citizens and foreign visitors a different view, where the facades of the walls on some streets have been replaced with murals, which have given the capital a different look.
