The new law in Spain "nails" Dani Alves behind bars for many years

Dani Alvesh is doing everything possible to get out of prison, so that he can at least wait at home until the day when the court session will take place on the charge of rape that has been brought against him. The Brazilian defender has asked to be allowed to go out on bail, fulfilling any request that may be made by the Spanish justice which initially denied him.

He is willing to surrender his passport and wear an electronic bracelet that will show his location at all times, so that he can return home and solve the family crisis. This, after his partner left him as a result of the scandal and when it was confirmed that, willingly or unwillingly, Alvesh had sexual relations with the 23-year-old who denounced him.

But in the meantime, in Spain they make it known that against Alvesh is the new legislation that came into force for rape cases, as of October 7, 2022. The law "Only yes is yes:", has significantly increased the punitive measure against those accused of rape. If before, a guilty person was punished from 1 to 4 years in prison, now the punishment that Dani Alvesh faces is from 4 years to 12 years in prison.
