League of Nations, Arbër Hoxha: Good opportunity for the World Cup

The striker of the national team, Arbër Hoxha, is confident of positive results from Albania in the League of Nations. Speaking to "fshf.org", the left winger stated that the League of Nations is a good opportunity for qualifying for the World Cup and the first place will be aimed for.

According to him, Albania's opponents in the group are very strong.

"First we have to focus on the first match against Ukraine, which we have on September 7. It is a very strong opponent, it has very quality players in its ranks. We still have a few days to prepare for the match and focus 100% to achieve a positive result in this match.

It is a great feeling for the challenge with Georgia, because it is my first match at the "Air Albania" stadium. I call on the Albanians to be as numerous as possible and fill the stadium.

We want to finish as high as possible in the group. Considering it's a very good opportunity for the World Cup, why not rank first. We have very strong teams in the group, but we will always give our best for our national team," declared Hoxha.

Albania will face Ukraine in the Czech Republic on September 7, while 3 days later, they host Georgia at "Air Albania".
