Bad news for the National Team, the absence of Gjimshit in the League of Nations matches is confirmed

The Communication Department in the AFL informs that the captain Berat Gjimshiti will not be ready for the National Team in the next challenges in the UEFA Nations League against the Czech Republic and Georgia due to injury.

The red and black defender suffered an injury in the Champions League match, Shakhtar Donetsk - Atalanta, and after the end of the first half, he did not return to the field. Gjimshiti was not gathered with Atalanta even in the weekend match in the championship against Genoa.

The medical staff of the Albanian national team has been in constant communication with that of Atalanta and it has been decided that Gjimshiti should not take any risks, that he should recover as soon as possible and return to the field of play as soon as possible.
