The ninth edition of the licensing course for "UEFA Pro" level coaches, which is also the highest level for a football coach, was successfully completed.

A UEFA course, but organized and run by the Education Sector at the AFL around 12 months. 21 well-known football figures not only from Albania, but also from Kosovo and Argentina, received the UEFA PRO diploma today in a ceremony organized by the AFL in the "House of Football"

The President of the AFL, Armand Duka, was also present at this ceremony, who wished the newly graduated coaches much success in the future and help Albanian football as much as possible.

President Duka emphasized that the door of the AFL is open for cooperation and for the improvement of the most popular sport in Albania.

"Thank you for your work this year on the UEFA PRO course. I am very sure that you consider this course as everyone should, not simply as a course to obtain a license, but to develop knowledge. I am very convinced that knowledge is not developed in the courses by listening to the lecturers, but by exchanging experiences because you are all professional trainers, you have experiences to share with each other and also with the lecturers.

Training is one of the basic pillars and for this reason we have focused on improving it as much as possible in our strategy in order to help football. We at the AFL develop all levels of courses, from C to UEFA PRO, in satisfactory number and quality, and I want to thank the director Pea, the director of the School, Sulejman Starova, Alban Tafaj and all those who work. AFL courses are qualitative. Now it is expected that what you have exchanged in the courses, we implement in the field, to help football.

You are the highest level, at the level of lecturer already. Not only do you get the degree, but for all your experience and contribution in football played and in training. The door of the AFL will always be open for cooperation and the improvement of football" - said President Duka in his welcoming speech.

In the ninth edition of the "UEFA PRO" course, the trainees had the opportunity to attend lectures where big football names were invited, such as the coach of the national team, Silvinho, the former world champion with Italy, Fabio Cannavaro, coach Marco Giampaolo , Francesco Troise etc.

Among the most famous football names who received the UEFA PRO diploma today are: Pablo Javier Girod Zabaleta, Armend Dallku, Ledian Memushaj, Edmond Kapllani, Erbim Fagu, Gilman Lika, Emiljano Çela, Tefik Osmani, Albina Rrahmani, Tahir Batatina, etc.
