The coach of Milan, Stefano Pioli, has triumphed as the "Golden Bench" in Italy with 33 votes out of 46 in total.

Pioli, who returned the title (2021-2022) to Milan after 11 years, received the prestigious award from his colleagues, almost all present.

After receiving the trophy, he said: "I am excited. When I see what we did last year, the emotions are still felt. I want to share this award with all the special people who work at Milanello, with my staff and above all with my players, because I have always thought, like this year, that I am the coach of a special group".

We recall that Antonio Conte won the award with Inter in the 2020-2021 season, as well as Gasperini and Allegri with Juventus, while Sarri with Napoli.
