Inter returned to victory, Inzaghi: I thought of Aslan earlier, here's why

Inter got their first win of the season in Serie A after beating Lecce 2-0. The victory has also left a good taste in coach Simone Inzaghi, who appeared happy for what his team showed.

After the match, Inzaghi also spoke about the Albanian midfielder, Kristjan Asllani, whom he said is very important, while also revealing the reason why he did not activate him earlier.

"Of course, Asllani's entry was planned before the penalty. He is a very important player and he would give us a hand because we needed to manage the game. However Daarmian felt tired and I decided to send him away. I didn't want to make four substitutions at once and therefore, Asllani had to wait a bit." , declared Inzaghi.

Against Lecce, Asllani was activated from the bench, in the 82nd minute, when he took the place of the author of the second goal, Hakan Calhanoglu.
