Incidenti në Shqipëri, Federata Ndërkombëtare e Peshëngritjes heq flamujt nga podium

Federata Ndërkombëtare e Peshëngritjes (IWF), ka vendosur që sportistët të cilët fitojnë medalje të mos marrin më me vete në podium flamurin që përfaqësojnë. Ky vendim vjen pas një incidenti të ndodhur në Yerevan të Armenisë muajin e kaluar, por edhe pas një ngjarje të ndodhur në Shqipëri vitin e kaluar gjatë Europianit të Peshëngritjes për të rinjtë.

Në eventin që u zhvillua në Shqipëri, peshëngritësi turk Emre Ozturk që u ngjit në podium vendosi të shpaloste flamurin e tij, por duke mbuluar atë të medalistit të artë nga Armenia, Garik Karapetyan. Pasi mbuloi flamurin e kundërshtarit, peshëngritësi turk nuk denjoi as të dëgjonte himnin armen duke u larguar nga podiumi.

Në këtë formë, Federata Ndërkombëtare e Peshëngritjes është detyruar të reagojë dhe të dalë në vendimin për të mos lejuar më flamujt në podium, ndërsa sigurisht ato mund të valëviten pas krahëve të peshëngritëse vetëm në monitorët e dedikuar.
