In addition to football matches, that stadium can function as a sports center and for various activities, where it would contain hotels, bars, restaurants, swimming pools, etc.

The second project was presented by the Danish studio Bjarke Ingles Group (BIG), which came up with the idea of ??a stadium with 10,000 seats, also including large public spaces, which can be used for various economic activities.

A museum about the history of the city of Durrës and the Teuta club would also be included inside the stadium.

The third project was presented by the Dutch studio MVRDV, which brought the idea of ??a stadium surrounded by several blocks of buildings, which will also serve for hotels, restaurants and various economic activities, but also fields for various sports activities.
