Losing against Scotland, the Spain player finds the reason: The grass was too long

Spain suffered a shock defeat to Scotland last night as they went down 2-0, a misstep in the race for top spot in their Euro 2024 qualifying group. David Garcia, Osasuna defender making his Red Fury debut last night at the age of 29 he found a special reason for this loss.

"We noticed the length of the grass as soon as we stepped into the stadium, and in the end it turned out to be one of the reasons for the loss. However, I do not want to make excuses, we must take responsibility and find the fault in ourselves.

We have to look and study what we did wrong against Scotland. I am happy for the debut with the national team, but it was a heavy loss. They hit us twice and scored. We have to learn and get the best out of this situation", said Garcia.
