A very serious, ugly incident came from women's volleyball. In the challenge between the U-18 girls, between Skënderbeu and Dinamo, the coach of the girls, Romeo Xeka, asked for a break, instructing his girls how to play better. As it seems, quite tense, he slapped two of Skanderbeg's volleyball players in the face. Beyond all circumstances and moments, this action of the coach, moreover towards two girls, is very serious, unacceptable.

The Albanian Volleyball Federation, through the Executive Committee, reacted strongly, considering the physical and psychological violence perpetrated against the Korça Volleyball players during game breaks by their coach Mr. Romeo Xega, who has been the subject of the Disciplinary Committee several times, as an unprecedented act. at the ASF, where she was penalized and sentenced to various disciplinary measures based on the Internal Regulations and Code of Ethics and Discipline of the ASF.

The Executive Committee decided:

- Mr. Romeo Xega's license of the Albanian Volleyball Federation is revoked and he is permanently excluded from the official right to exercise, manage and train any type of team, part of the national and international activities of the ASF.
The Albanian Volleyball Federation is consistent in strictly implementing and punishing anyone who breaks the Code of Ethics and Discipline and the Internal Regulations by denigrating the image of the sport and spoiling the image of the game of volleyball.
