The Administrative Court gives the right to Juventus, the penalty of 15 points can be removed

A document could exonerate Juventus in the matter of plus-values ??and remove the penalty of -15 points from the whites in the current season, changing everything.

The decision was issued today by the Administrative Court of Lazio, which announced that the documents of the process should also include a document containing the request of the competition body (Covisoc) from which the investigation originated, to the sports prosecutor's office regarding the possible penalization of whites and other clubs based on the regulations in force.

The document, which has been accepted by the administrative court and must be included in the files of Juventus' punishment case, has been used by the whites as their strongest weapon in the previous process about the plus-values. In that case, it was explained that there was no sports penalty and according to the document in question, after July 14, 2021 there could be no more penalty for whites around this topic.

Thus, the latter claim that everything invalidates the decision that came out about two months ago and marked their descent in the ranking of Serie A. But everything must be confirmed by the hearing before the Court of the Olympic Committee that will determine the continuation of this matter ,
