Gjimshiti: We are ready for the European Championship, we will all attack together

Captain Berat Gjimshiti spoke after the friendly match, where Albania won 3-1 against Azerbaijan. The defender said that the team is ready for the European Championship.

"I came late because we finished the championship in Italy a little later. But I have found a team that is very ready and that has practiced a lot. He also appeared on the field in these 2 matches. We are preparing a lot for Italy and we are all ready. 

The scheme is not a problem, because we also played the qualifiers like this. Its not a problem for me.

We haven't discussed much with each other. My teammates told me to tackle him hard and not let him score. It will not be Gjimshiti against Scamaccas, but Albania against Italy. They will all attack together and we are ready.

I believe it is positive. It is not easy to prepare a match like today's. We have players who have years in Serie A and that is expected to be a help. It is something positive for us. I hope we make Albanians proud.
