The AFL punishes Skenderbeu, the Korcars cannot approach players

The Disciplinary Commission has revealed the decisions taken regarding the Albanian championship.

Skanderbeg's market has been blocked for three seasons, due to unpaid obligations.

DECISIONS:

1. FC Kinostudio U-15, for misbehavior of spectators causing a lack of order and discipline in the stadium, insulting and insulting the players of the opposing team, based on articles 13/2/b 17/1, 17/2/ a, 17/2/b, 17/2/c and 17/2/h of KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL and the development of 4 (four) matches without spectators. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

2. The Arena U-19 player, Ajsel Gjini, for attacking the match officials, based on Article 14/1/l of the KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) game suspension from activities.

3. The Arena U-19 player, Arxhen Margjokaj, for attacking the match officials, based on Article 14/1/l of the KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) matches suspension from activities.

4. The Arena U-19 official, Endrit Kembaci, for inciting violence and attacking match officials, based on articles 14/1/l of the KDE, is sentenced to 1 (one) year suspension from activities.

5. FC U-16 captain, for abandoning the valid match of the First U-16 Category, against FC Kinostudio U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 3%.

6. Acceptance of the petitioner's request Loel Tirana Football Association. Tirana Football Club, for failure to execute decision no. 13, dated 19.02.2024 of the National Chamber of Conflict Resolution, based on article 29/1/b of KDE, a warning period of 30 (thirty) days is given to execute the decision.

7. KF Skënderbeu, for failure to execute decision no. 20, dated 28.02.2020 of the National Chamber of Conflict Resolution, based on article 29/1/c of ??the KDE, a ban on the registration of new players is imposed for 3 (three) registration periods until the full payment of the obligation.

8. Dismissal of the request of Flamurtari FC U-15 as not based on the Code of Discipline and Ethics.

An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
