Arab football in "total attack", over 1 billion spending on purchases and staggering salaries

The Arabs have a plan: to become the new superpower of world football. To implement it, they have decided to make a series of investments outside of any European parameters.

The money is provided by the Public Investment Fund, a sovereign government fund which by 2025 will have a portfolio of 900 billion.

In this session of the transfer market, the two big ones from Riyadh, Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr, the two "queens" of Jeddah, Al-Ahli and Al-Ittihad and the other 14 teams of the league have already spent a total of 1 billion (purchases and wages).
