Albania U-19 will start tomorrow the official gathering as part of the preparations for the first round of European Championship 2025 qualifiers for this age group.

The coach of the red and black team, Julian Ahmataj, revealed today the list with the names of 22 footballers called for the three official challenges of this round, which will take place in our country this month.

13 of the players invited by the U-19 technical staff are part of foreign clubs such as Lazio, Parma, Genoa, ADO Den Haag, etc., while the rest are footballers who are active in the Albanian championship. The Reds have held several friendly matches throughout this period to properly prepare for this round.

Starting tomorrow, the team will gather in Durrës, where they will prepare until the end of this round. Ahmataj's Albania is part of group 11, where they will face opponents such as Denmark, Northern Ireland and Israel.

The Reds will face Israel first, on November 13 at 14:00. The second match of the team led by Ahmataj will be against Denmark, at 14:00 on November 16. Three days later, Albania will play the third and final match against Northern Ireland at 15:00. All three meetings of Albania will take place in Elbasan Arena. /CNA
