Elbasan ends the series after victory, defeats Bylis with a reversal. Teuta-Laçi without a winner

Elbasan returned to victory in the championship, which he did not know from the first stage match against Bylis. Yellow and blue triumphed again against Ballshiots with the result 3-1.
