Deschamps: Benzema deserves the Ballon d'Or

France coach Didier Deschamps has spoken about the Ballon d'Or, showing who deserves that award.

According to the Frenchman, Karim Benzema deserves to win that trophy, having won important titles in recent years with Real Madrid.

When there are still a few weeks left to learn the winner of the most prestigious individual trophy, the French technician has no doubts about the winner, as he said:

"I hope it will be Benzema because he deserves it, because of what he has done this season with his club where he won important titles. He has been one of the best strikers in the world for years."
