Champions League, Kristjan Asllani loses the "golden" opportunity

The midfielder of the Albanian national football team, Kristjan Asllani, has been very unlucky in the last week with Inter.

Asllani has suffered an injury that left him out of the match against Roma in Serie A, which the "black and white" won with a score of 0-1 in the transfer, and will also miss the Champions League meeting against Young Boys this Wednesday.

This is bad news for the Albanian who loses the golden opportunity to play in the Champions League, knowing that Inter's starter, Hakan Calhanoglu, was injured in the challenge against Roma in the 12th minute.

Asllani did not have the opportunity to replace Calhanoglu in the championship game, but unfortunately he will not be able to play in the Champions League either.

According to Italian media reports, even in the absence of Calhanoglu, Asllani will not be able to play and thus loses the "golden" opportunity to be a starter in the Champions League.

The 22-year-old Albanian has trained individually at the club's premises and will continue his recovery work, with Asllani hoping to return for the weekend's challenge, with Inter facing Juventus./ CNA
