Advanced talks, Tirana chooses a new coach

Tirana made official the departure of Erbim Fagu a few days ago and the work has started to choose the new coach.

According to the latest reports from Kosovo, the white and blue are in advanced talks with Gentian Mezan. The latter announced his departure from Gjilan and is expected to take over the management of the capital in Superiore.

Mezani is Tirana's chosen for the bench, although the total agreement between the parties is still missing. In Superiore, Mezani previously managed Flamurtar and Laçin.

The Vlonjat technician ensured his stay in the football elite in Kosovo with Gjilan and after the last match, he announced his departure.

"Of course the emotions are great. I must thank the players who were part of the first match against Pristina. I think we have done something impossible. This is the merit of football players. I want to thank the fans, the leadership of the club that gave me the opportunity. I hope they parted satisfied. Of course, I will not be part of Gjilan from the next edition", said Mezani after the match.
